As managers, we are often trained to see decision-making through the lens of problem-solving, projection and control. However, in the VUCA conditions, we often encouter dilemmas, complexity, ambiguous and contradictory situations emerging in real time with no “solutions” possible. In this experiential and highly interactive workshop you wil learn how to set conditions for the effective and efficient decision-making to emerge even in a volatile environement with rapid change, high uncertainty, and time pressure.
